Keith Krebs AIA, Architect is a Denver based architectural firm that represents over twenty-five years of diversified experience in architecture and site planning for commercial, institutional, municipal, residential, and special populations clients. As the firm's principal, Keith has provided the full range of architectural services for such projects as owner occupied office buildings, warehouse and industrial space, facilities for special needs groups including schools, nursing home residences and day care centers, luxury and budget hotels, single and multi-family residences, and a variety of adaptive re-use projects. These projects reflect quality design for a wide range of building types and construction methods.

Our small office structure allows for hands on involvement of the principal in all phases of a project including successful review and approval by agencies with jurisdiction. The project manager is assisted in-house by full-time production staff assigned for the duration of the project.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

The team assembled by Keith Krebs AIA, Architect represents the highest level of professional and technical capabilities appropriate for specific project types. It is a highly motivated team with the credentials, energy, communication skills and production resources necessary for successful completion of each project. The project team is composed of the project manager, the architectural production staff, and the engineering and special consultant disciplines. All engineering disciplines that are members of the team serve in a consultant capacity. All consultants represent firms whose size, experience and office structure are compatible with Keith Krebs AIA, Architect proven by previous association on successfully completed projects.

The principal of the prime firm, Keith Krebs AIA, LEED Accredited Professional is the lead design architect and project manager. Keith brings to all projects a great deal of experience in a wide variety of new construction, remodeling and renovation work. His experience includes hands-on responsibility for the creation, development, and coordination of every aspect of a successful project from design and site planning to administration of the contract for construction.

Anne Quallick, M. Arch., LEED Accredited Professional assists the principal in all aspects of the practice including business development, project design, interiors, and production of computer based presentation and construction documentation.
